Studio Policies
Be Present
- Please be on time for classes out of respect to your instructor and other students.
- Silence cell phones/watches. No cell phone or smart watch usage during class. Phone calls are distracting to other students, and a safety concern while on equipment. If you need to make/take a phone call, please step outside the studio.
Cancellations
- We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiting your session/class.
- Classes: Cancel on our studio scheduling app.
- Private/Semi Private sessions: Contact your instructor directly.
Class, Private & Semi Private Package Expirations
- All 10 & 20 session packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Single sessions & Introductory packages expire 30 days from purchase date.
Monthly Memberships
- Sessions purchased with a monthly membership must be used within the 30 day period of your month. Your specific date can be found in your client profile.
- Unused sessions may not be rolled over into the next month.
- Written notice required for changes or cancellations to monthly memberships. Forms can be found at the front desk. Your form must be submitted a minimum 48 hours prior to the next month being billed.
- Memberships are billed automatically to your credit card on file each month.
